6. Minors and Personal Representatives
In most situations, parents, guardians, and/or others with legal
responsibilities for minors (children under 18 years of age) may
exercise the rights described in this Notice on behalf of the minor.
However, there are situations where minors may themselves exercise
the rights described in the Notice.
